BOOKINGS
Pre-bookings are essential as we need to make arrangements to cater for your skydive. We can do weekday bookings, however weekend bookings are the norm. A deposit is required for each person to reserve a time slot on the day you wish to jump, with the balance payable on or before the day of the jump. When you have confirmation of your skydive scheduled time, you must be at the venue 15 minutes earlier (yes, there’s the paperwork). We will have other people booked to jump throughout the day, thus you may lose your deposit if you fail to meet us at the pre-arranged time or have not informed us at least 48 hours prior that you cannot meet your time commitment.
Should your booking need to be changed due to bad weather or other aircraft / operational issues, your deposit will remain valid. Should you postpone your skydive, your deposit will remain valid until you make your tandem skydive or 12 months, whichever occurs first. Plus it's fully transferrable.
VENUE
We meet everyone in Denison St, in front of the Royal Australian Mint, in Deakin. We then drive you to the airport to meet your flight. So when we jump back over the Mint your transportation awaits you - and your family and friends are there to watch you jump and share in your excitement!
We encourage you to have your friend and family come and watch you from the ground. They should arrive around 45 minutes after your scheduled time. By then you will be overhead and approaching the exit point. It’s a huge YAHOO for all.
If there are any changes to this arrangement you will be advised ASAP.
